The Ace of Cups Reversed: What Does It Mean?

Sharing is caring!

The Ace of Cups reversed is the ultimate card for self love and appreciation, leading to divine love and happiness for all beings.

To flow properly in life, to fluorish and create, we need to take into this state of flow.

The Ace of Cups Reversed

A new birth brings new beginnings. It’s something that we should all look forward to in this physical experience called life. It’s when love is at its most pure form.

The Ace of Cups Reversed meaning

We see it everywhere around us. From the sides, to the back, to the front – to above and below us. Love is the divine healing force that we all need, and during this period, the fuel to help us carry forward.

As we get older however, it’s more challenging to articulate. We struggle to feel the glow of its amber as we are burdened with responsibilities beyond what we believe we can reasonably handle.

Card meaning

We’ve used the popular Rider Waite tarot deck to read The Ace of Cups reversed. You may derive your own meaning from this set or any other set that you choose to use.

Psychic reading of The Ace of Cups Reversed

We see a beautiful dove from the heavens flying down. What do such beautiful birds bring us? Messages from the angels of peace, hope and relief. Our burdens are going to lighten and everything will finally be OK.

On this card is a sense of darkness. It is as though we have gone through the darkest of nights and dawn is fast approaching. As such, a new light will shine and your joyful beginning can evolve.

To many, this beginning only happens once in their life – at birth. The dove reminds us that this rebirting process can happen at any time, as long as we’re committed to the process.

Lets open ourselves

Like the beautiful lotus flow, it’s time to let go. You may be stressed from current situation and challenges which are thrown at you. Responsibilites have mounted themselves and you need to detoxify the ‘build up’ around you.

For many months you’ve said that you can handle this, and indeed you can. The body and mind can handle much more than we ever give itself credit for! However, a simple change of perspective can help you immeasurably in these moments of confusion.

Where should you change your perspective to? Love. It’s the key. It’s the answer. You knew that already, but you just haven’t opened yourself enough to let the divine light into your heart. To illuminate yourself from the inside and experience this renewal process first-hand.

By opening ourselves, we can finally let go and allow this process to start unfolding.

Joy is life

We believe in directing our energy towards the activities that bring us the most joy. Sure, there are times when this isn’t quite possible. Perhaps you have a job that you don’t quite enjoy right now.

You aren’t wasting energy by finding joy in any moment. Indeed even at your lowest points of your life, you can still find a spark to cling to to help you through this void of emptiness.

Unlike children, we don’t have anyone to nurture us. You may have some individuals close to you, but nurturing comes from within. We need to nurture ourselves as much as we allow others to help us through such difficult times.

Such nurturing is found through joy, and joy is found through doing more of the things you love.

Going forward

It’s time to pause and take ahold of the situation. You might be reading for a new beginning and new opportunities to come your way, while enjoying ever more qualities in any given moment.

Tarot card representation

We’re here for you and so is the universe. There is so much more that you were born to do, and that time to start is now.
