The Ace of Swords Reversed: What Does It Mean?

Sharing is caring!

The Ace of Swords represents our personal responsibility to be at the front seat of our personal journey, not merely a passenger watching the view.

Such personal responsibility needs power while developing new beginnings and connections.

The Ace of Swords Reversed

Our divine power comes from doing the work and personal transformations. We need to more away from merely being the victim and simply being pulled along, to the hero who has defied the odds.

The Ace of Swords Reversed meaning

Have you felt knocked down recently? Avoiding the workload in front of you? There is no better time to take action than right now.

This is uncomfortable news to receive. We would all love for things to be easy, but they aren’t. Life is often a struggle, but we may as well struggle with the quest to make things right, rather than choose to do nothing about our journey.

Card meaning

The Ace of Swords Reversed psychic reading is one we’ve done using the Rider-Waite series of tarot cards. This is a No card and you may choose to use any deck that you desire.

Psychic reading of The Ace of Swords Reversed

We see before us a mighty hand. As it holds the sword, we see the sparks emanating from the hand. This is our glow in life. Those in the yoga space would call it prana. It’s source energy found at our root chakra.

Now we can also see the very top of the sword which wears a crown. This means your victories come at the end of your reach. In order to reach your goals, you must push through and be willing to go through some wars.

In the background we see mountains. This means the pathway ahead won’t be easy and you’ll be treading up and down many times. Great heights require the agility of the most well-equipped warriors.

What is the olive branch? It represents the peace and silver linings that will come in the midst of the battles ahead. When we think ahead to modern wars, this is the personal photos from home of families that are kept in the pockets of those on the battlefront.

Essentially, it shows something worth fighting for and hope to cling on to.

Endure more

We’re here to proclaim that you can endure much more than you already have. You’re just not giving yourself enough love and respect for what you were made to be.

You’re able to find new beginnings and hope in adversity. Avoid the assumption that you can merely think of what happened yesterday or last week. That has already been done. Look to the future and start pushing yourself harder.

You can restore confidence and make stronger decisions if you’re willing to shift your energy. Yogis would call this an inner transformation. Either way – start with your mindset as that’s often holding you back from bigger victories.

A new light

We all appreciate love and light energy. Perhaps you’ve met someone recently who shines with so much radiant energy that you can’t help but be in awe. You too have the potential to absorb and radiate such vibes.

This starts with new habits and a better gameplan. You may need to find protection and a safe place where you can experiment and feel joy. An altar at home or a spiritual retreat centre could be just the place to find inner transformation.

New beliefs take time to formulate. For now, you just need to banish those which aren’t serving you, if you truly believe that you can manifest all that you desire (and we believe you can!)

Find those who have walked the journey. Read up on spiritual books and authors while surrounding yourself with those going in the same direction. They say you become the 5 people you’re closest to.

Final thoughts

You are on a mission to become an empowered person. One that can fight the challenges and win. This is what the Ace of Swords reversed shows us. Any individual has so much untapped potential, if they would only get out of their own way.

It’s time for you to get out of your own way. Take charge and start this personal quest. The universe is with you all the way!
