The Chariot Tarot Reversed: What Does It Mean?

Sharing is caring!

The Chariot Reversed is a tarot card representing our courage to step up to the plate and remain strong in the face of adversity.

If you’ve felt a “calling” in recent times and yet have had challenges come your way, then this is for you.

The Chariot Tarot Reversed

We’re taught to play it safe. Many of us tip-toe through life hoping to make it to the other side still alive. We hide when others rise. This safety net has come at the cost of true freedom.

The Chariot Tarot Reversed meaning

There are no guarantees that we’ll be successful. You think this is easy? It isn’t. You think that everyone will love and support you? They won’t. But is it worth it? Absolutely.

That is…if you believe in your personal quest. If you believe what you’re striving to achieve has a worthwhile end. That the risk you’re taking has a future pay off, though this doesn’t need ot be in financial terms.

In such times, you will need to stay firmly grounded and have the courage to persevere.

Card analysis

We love the Rider Waite series and have used this for our tarot readings consistently. You may use any deck for The Chariot Reversed as they are all similar for psychic readers.

A psychic reading of The Chariot Tarot Reversed

Here we see The Chariot being lead by a black and white sphinx. The light and the dark. They face opposite ways representing the choice to move towards the hopes and dreams, or the darkness of the night.

For most people in the world, they choose darkness. They stay asleep for far too long when there is so much opportunity in the world.

The Chariot has been guided through all these times by his higher self. He isn’t done yet, but understands his personal quest can only go in one true direction.

He has already built quite the empire as he sits in his castle. He’s built this safety around him. In his earlier journey, he also had safety and comfort…but that’s where his mind was.

It didn’t want to strive for more. It was perfectly happy to remain stagnant, but he wasn’t. He wanted more. He knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but he wanted the courage to strive further.

By choosing courage over retreat, he felt significantly more power. From here, after years of work, his life has very much improved. He didn’t have a guarantee, but he cultivated a will of mind and personal power to see him through those lean years.

Decision time

You have two choices. You can stay or you can rise. Either way – it’s your choice.

Much of society chooses to stay. In fact, there’s a lof of competition for mediocrity. They believe it’s risky to pursue more audacious goals and enrol in this personal quest, and indeed it is!

You could be hurt. You will be tested. Things won’t go according to plan. This isn’t an easy quest and for many, they give up early on…if they even start. Those who succeed have courage.

It’s interesting actually. Everything has risk. We believe the biggest risk is doing nothing. A life of struggle and insecurity leads to danger. How will you be able to look after each other?

So, it’s decision time. Will you rise when others won’t? Only you can make that call.

Going forward

Victory is yours for the taking, but only if you’re actually committed. A proactive state of mind and personal action is required consistently to achieve such remarkable results.

Tarot card representation

While others hide in the dark, you’ll be in the light. You’ll be exposed. Others will attempt to tear you down. They are really showing their own insecurities and challenges, with such comments having actually nothing to do with you.

Such resilience will be sorely needed by you on this journey. This will provide you with assurance and security to improve your chances of victory.

If you’re ready to win, the door is open.
