The Empress Upright: What Does It Mean?

Sharing is caring!

The Empress upright represents unconditional love and the disappearance of worries and concern. It’s that motherly figure where we find reassurance and peace.

The Empress upright

When we feel safe and protected, we can ultimately grow. It’s that safe haven that we sometimes need to return to when things haven’t felt that easy. This divine love exists within each of us but often we need to see it externally.

The Empress upright meaning

This is why people “fall in love” with others. They are looking on the outside for someone to fill their hole. If they would only discover the true source of divine healing comes from within, they can ultimately feel nurtured in times of hardship.

As humans, we have an ingrained need to feel this healing energy and protection. As we’ve noted, it’s best when this is drawn from within. Self-love is indeed the most healing energy and strongest shield that you can ever experience.

Card meaning

The Empress Upright is a ‘Yes’ tarot card. We’ve used the Rider-Waite series to conduct our tarot readings though you may use any that you desire.

Psychic reading of The Empress upright

We see The Empress sitting in her garden of sher abundance. Her gaze comes with kindness and understanding. If you need comfort then you’ll find in her loving soul.

You want to believe that she will “make things right” and you can be nurtured. Indeed, she offers this to everyone, but she seeks to help individuals rise, including you. Why?

There is divine power within you to find the source of both your suffering and healing. By knowing how to heal ourselves through self-love, appreciation and respect, we can ease our burdens and nurture the soul. This remedy doesn’t cost us anything but yields returns for many years.

The Venus symbol represents that she protects herself and any that come into her land with love. There is no judgement here. No insecurity. No questions. Like mother nature, this is a healing retreat for those who need it now.

As a guide, she’s there to help you both return to your true essence and rise higher. To glow with self love and authenticity beyond your previous heights. She has nourished herself for many generations and now it’s your turn.

The gentle warmth

Becoming unburdened from our troubles, fears and anxiety is found in divine healing light. In this place, no fear or uncertainty can dare show itself. The dark and negative energies quickly perish.

You can manifest anything that you desire. Literally – anything. What you are trying to create is calling for you. Firstly though, you must find your way to The Empress in this upright tarot. She is here with open arms.

The warm healing energy unburdens you. It has this beautiful and gentle warmth that brings you to peace and harmony in the moment. If you go into nature, into the woods or rainfoest, then you too can experience such bloosoming.

In fact, we invite you! The Yocean Yogi team often finds their way into nature. This divine connection is healing and transformative for the soul. A place to nourish, grow and transform. Most importantly – a great way to avoid distractions if only for a few hours.

Going forward

It may seem weak to find healing energy in the warms of another or yourself, but going through life without this base layer doesn’t lead to growth. It leads to insecurity and fear.

Tarot card depiction

Many people in the dark ages and indeed today attempt to discourage the warmth and gentle loving energy of these characters. They scoff at the thought of angels which come into our existence.

Self-love is a strong shield. It protects you but also empowers you to be your best self. Ultimately, love is what you are so fill the tank whenever you need. The power resides within you.
