Software pricing
One of the biggest complaints about PerfectMind is the price and to be fair in this review, we do believe it’s rather high. At this time of writing, it’s $125/month and you’re restricted to 50 members only.
Most yoga studios have more than 50 members when you include casual drop-in classes. For fitness centres, the numbers are well beyond this.
Now – one thing to note is their massive amount of features. This includes inventory management, accounting, email marketing, payroll, marketing automation and landing pages. This is all in addition to membership management. With other platforms, you’re really just getting membership management for a discounted rate.
Final verdict
We would recommend PerfectMind if you’re a larger recreation centre that needs complete top-down views into all aspects of growing your business. This isn’t an instant plug-and-play platform unlike the smaller alternative packages in the market and it takes on average 3 weeks to get fully onboarded.
At this time of writing, they now have more than 5,000 members on board with a massively helpful team with customers across 20+ countries after being in this space for more than 2 decades.
For the business owner with a team of staff then the powerful features of this platform make perfect sense, and yes, it’s worth it. For the corner yoga studio with a small following and has no ambition to grow, there are certainly cheaper alternatives out there.
