The Six of Wands reversed represents our internal dialogue creates our world and thus, we are the champions of our own quest.
We all have talents and abilities worthy of self-appreciation, and it’s time to light this up.
The Six of Wands Reversed
In some parts of the world, we’re made to fit in. We can’t rise up to high otherwise others will clip our wings of potential. In Australia where Yocean Yogi originated, we call this “tall poppy syndrome”, a sad but true representation of people who strive to hold us back from our true uprising.

Sometimes we need to operate secretly. For example, you might keep the love of the tarot and spiritual growth to yourself instead of sharing this with friends and family. Totally understandable!
There are other gifts though that you should share to the world. Don’t apologize! The world doesn’t need more copies. It needs more peace makers and visionaires!
Card meaning
We’ve evaluated the Six of Wands reversed using the Rider-Waite tarot deck. Yes, you are welcome to use any pack that you desire as the meanings are similar.

The man depicted has wonderful talent and abundance brought forth through self-confidence and a willingness to do the work. Often he shares gifts with those around him and thus he’s seen as a saint and beyond the greed typical of society.
Arrogance isn’t something that you’ll find in his facial expression or at the depth of his soul. Nor does he have jealousy towards others bigger than him.
He has simply embraced what he has yet hasn’t hidden this from the world. In his early days he was reluctant for fear of judgement or retribution. Today, however, he simply wants to rise as a shining example.
The Tall Poppy Syndrome
As we mentioned, Australia suffers from the Tall Poppy Syndrome and indeed this happens in other cultures. You can be a little successful but don’t rise too highly since others desire to cut you down to size.
It’s a sad yet true fact. Those with the brightest light also are victims of online and offline critics. These critics are often insecure within their own abilities…if only they would get out of their own way.
It doesn’t matter what otheres think. It only matters what you think. You need to see yourself as worthy for this journey ahead if you believe there is value in your genuine pursuit towards mastery.
It’s time now to embrace what you have to offer the world. Hiding such skills doesn’t serve the world, nor does it serve you at the core. Turn up the glow of that white light so others can see their way through the dark.
Self confidence is yours
While you will attract those less desirable, you’ll more-so attract those who enjoy what it is that you portray – both the skill and the fact that you’re putting yourself in the spotlight. These people are confident in their own skin and will defend you when the dark energy rises.
People will love you when you are confident and thus, self confidence is yours for the taking. The warmth and glow of your inner light will radiate in the spiritual and material world for all too see.
Back yourself as a cheer leader, even if what you offer to the world seems so insignificant right now. You have something inside that needs to be expressed and share so others can learn and ascend on their personal quest.
Going forward
Avoid the dependency on validation from others. Yes! It’s encouraging to have as you’ll find with the Six of Wands reversed. We believe in authenticity and self-driven power.

If you genuinely have somehting to offer the world, then you’ll be your own inspiration to get through the tough times and bring it to the open. No one needs to validate this, only you.
The universe is behind you all the way.
