The Three of Pentacles Upright: What Does It Mean?

Sharing is caring!

The Three of Pentacles upright tarot represents our need to work as a team to harness skills and get the job done properly.

Things get done faster if we collaborate as a team. Life is short and this tarot card reminds of the need to have teams in place.

The Three of Pentacles Upright

Nobody builds great work without the help of others. Any large building ever built required a coordinated team to see things go from nothing until full completion.

The Three of Pentacles Upright meaning

We want to believe we can create big things on our own. This is a falsehood perpetuated by business owners who have written books on how they went from rags to riches.

Truth is: They had a team behind them. A silent team who didn’t get the credit. The business owner is the conductor of the orchestra. He got everyone in sync and eventually walked away with deeper pockets.

Card meaning

The 3 of Pentacles Upright is a ‘Yes’ card in the Rider-Waite series. In a love reading it means the devotion one gives to working towards a common purpose.

Psychic reading of The Three of Pentacles Upright

Here we see the young man who is a stonemason. He’s using the tools to build a remarkable place for all and is guided with the assistance with his architects. It’s truly a team effort as neither can work without the either.

Despite the supposed variances in social status, there is no arguments here. They are discussing in joy while sharing their unique knowledge to have this building perfected. This begins by having everyone on the same journey as opposed to working alone.

A lack of harmony is the best way to stall a project like this. As important as a catheral is to the people of the town and surrounding areas, there can be no misalignment. The common goal must be established with respect to individual character traits and skills.

This essentially represents the need to collaborate together for the greater good.

The broken school system

In schools we’re taught that working together is cheating. Group projects are kept to a minimum and we must learn independently. Unfortunately, this isn’t the pathway towards success in adult life.

Adults that achieve great things require teamwork. Even atheletes work in teams. A great golfer isn’t playing the game himself. There is the coach, the physio, the dietician and others to help create a worldclass athlete. They mus tall work in unison otherwise the athelete themselves will eventually stumble.

By collaborating, we can harness a collective mind of forward thinkers and visionaires. Everyone brings to the table different ideas and experience to see projects go from concept to completion.

This synergy is sometimes challenging to find. In schools, this synergy is actually easy to find. Children desire to work with each other! Unfortunately the school system still remains broken where such collaboration isn’t encouraged.

Responsible adults

Now is the time to shine as a responsible adult. Call upon those who can offer you help in your progress through life. Perhaps you’re building an online business: Whose expertise can you reach out for?

We must respect the time, effort, energy, value and contribution that others bring. Finding suitable people for our team is a job in of itself. These members should be cherry-picked for their character traits and skills acquired over several years.

Avoid any of the superior/inferior judgements that often come with group-think. This isn’t you. The yoga and spiritual worlds encourage equal unconditional respect towards each other if we are to unify and see our ambitious pursuits until the end.

Achieving large goals isn’t easy. After all, the man depicted on this tarot card is building a catheral! This is important as a place of worship and his own work is being judged, but he has the aid of architects who have been through this before. They planned this entire build first.

Much like a cathedral, any responsible adult has a rock-solid plan for their life. They have managed their time and organized the most important elements such as health, wealth and relationships. Now it’s on to the consistent action taking and eventual results.

Going forward

Your dream team is needed on this journey. Seek out those who bring forth experience and skills that cannot be ignored. Most importantly you should look for the character traits. Some individuals are inherently better communicators and should come to the front of the line.

Regardless of how small a contribution someone has, it should be respected and valued. Recognize these team players and share gratitude for their part in your journey forward.

We’re here to collaborate. Assemble a team and start working together today!
