The World Reversed: What Does This Card Mean?

Sharing is caring!

The World reversed is a tarot card showing us the finished product behind our long pursuit of conscious creation in this planetary experience.

Essentially – the fruits of our labor are here and it’s time to reflect. You’ve worked so hard already.

The World reversed

Too often we don’t give ourselves credit for the work we’ve done. We’re less likely to hear credit from others, so we should at least appreciate the things that we’ve personally accomplished.

By doing so, we can feel stronger about our journey and more confident in handling the challenges that come our way. Praise can be experienced internally (by saying “thank you” to ourselves) or externally, through a celebration.

Our journey isn’t just about the work we do, but the fun we can have! We need to savor the things that we’ve worked so hard to accomplish during all these lean years.

You might wish to get out a journal right about now. Note down the things that you really enjoyed and the things which could have been improved upon. This will help you better understand your inner self.

Card analysis

Let’s have a close look at this tarot card. For this, we’ve used the popular Rider Waite tarot deck to read The World Reversed though you may use any to drive the right meaning.

The World reversed psychic reading

We see a woman on here who has achieved her goals and is now reflecting on a job well done. This age of enlightenment for her provides a context and framework for the trail she’s forged and the tribulations that she’s experienced along the way.

While the future may have seemed worrysome previously, she now has more confidence to step forward and achieve even more audacious goals. She’s loved the journey including the challenges because now she can see the whole picture.

This is why she’s in the middle. Around her was the people who she has to overcome. The naysayers and skeptics that didn’t believe in her ability to win and consistently improve during the years.

Is she done? Absolutely not. This time of enlightenment is only temporary. She wants more – and by jolly gosh – she is going to get more!

Reflecting on your journey

This card means to reflect upon your journey. Was it as easy as you thought it would be? Probably not, but you’d be willing to go another round. This new level of consciousness provides you with the confidence to go for even more if you desire.

So what is this really? A transformation. You worked diligenly towards success and you did this without guarantees of even reaching these new heights. You lost time, money and sleep along the way, but the new you is remarkably more powerful than the old you.

By seeing yourself in this big picture state, you can better analyze and improve upon the pursuit. After all, we’re conscious creators here to manifest through thoughts and actions those that we truly desire.

Going forward

You have achieved more than the common person ever will, yet there is still work to do…if you desire. You’re at a stage where you can “take it easy” if you please, but if you’ve come all this way….then why not stretch it a little further?

Tarot card representation

Building a bigger empire isn’t the only thing that you can pursue. Consider also the service to your community. Can you mentor someone on their journey? Is there someone that could use some laughter right about now? Such joy can hugely benefit both parties.

You’ve come to the end, but this might be the beginning. A fresh start backed by real world experiences. Are you ready? We are.
